Easy Chicken Patty Recipe

Today we're doing a quick and simple recipe.

Ground meat is something so versatile that you can transform it into basically anything.

Even though I wanted to have a really nice big bowl of spaghetti, the patties make way for burgers and salads.



What you will need:

  • About a pound of ground meat  (I used chicken)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • A teaspoon of black pepper
  • A teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 2 finely grated carrots
  • And about a cup of cooked bulgur (you can use quinoa if you don't have it on hand)

Mix everything in a bowl and form small patties. About the size of half a golf ball and then you flatten it a bit.

Preheat your grill as directed and grill accordingly. 

I made one first to taste the saltiness and it was to my liking.
This batch made about 40 patties.

Add to mini sliders , break into salads, go wild!
