No machine ice cream

Last night I finally had the chance to try out Gemma Stafford's no machine ice cream. 

But since I didn't have condensed milk I had to look for alternatives.
Lucky me, I found out that she'd used coconut milk to make dairy free no machine ice cream, and tried it out.

This ice cream is made with almond milk, sugar, vanilla and heavy cream.   

And I added  different sprinkles to every batch to make them a bit more festive.
