Oatmeal applesauce muffins

These mini muffins are made with, well the title sort of gives it away.. oatmeal and applesauce!

Some of them topped with raisins or chocolate chips for variety.

 

Applesauce mugcake

Made applesauce on Monday and tried out a new recipe this morning.

So I made an applesauce mugcake - no sugar and eggs added. 

So I'd say it's a vegetarian mugcake.

I'm ready to take on the next challenge for healthy baking.
